Job Description:

As an SAP CO Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Controlling solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient SAP CO solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP CO modules, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and architecture of SAP CO solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

3. Configure, customize, and optimize SAP CO modules to meet business needs, including cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis, and profit center accounting.

4. Provide expertise in SAP CO integration with other modules such as SAP FI (Financial Accounting), SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).

5. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP CO solutions.

6. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including mentoring and knowledge sharing.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and SAP advancements, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes.

8. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of SAP CO processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP CO Consultant or Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing SAP CO solutions.

3. In-depth knowledge of SAP CO modules, including cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis, and profit center accounting.

4. Strong understanding of SAP CO integration with other SAP modules, particularly SAP FI, MM, and SD.

5. Hands-on experience with SAP CO configuration, customization, and optimization.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

7. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP Activate methodology is preferred.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

9. SAP certification in Controlling (CO) is highly desirable.
