#### Job Responsibilities:
- **Implementation & Configuration:**
- Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) modules.
- Customize and integrate SAP FICA solutions according to the business requirements.
- Develop and implement new functionalities and enhancements in SAP FICA.
- **Project Management:**
- Oversee and manage SAP FICA projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
- **System Support & Maintenance:**
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP FICA system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs.
- Perform system upgrades and ensure seamless system operations.
- **Training & Documentation:**
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and team members.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and changes.
- Support user adoption through continuous training and support.
- **Stakeholder Management:**
- Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and system usability.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to align SAP FICA solutions with business strategies.
#### Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in SAP FICA with at least 10+ years of hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP FICA modules.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
#### Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in SAP FICA or related modules are a plus.
- Proven track record of successful SAP FICA implementations and support.
