Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Experience of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC business processes, SAP SucessFactors and system architecture for integration - having experience implementing these.
  • Decent knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC and integration points with other SAP modules like FICO.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors Talent Modules - Recruitment, Onboarding, Succession and Learning modules.
  • Assist in defining and driving the product vision and strategy for HR technology solutions using SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements. User stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritise tasks and ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, new features and emerging functionalities related to SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Good understanding of HR KPIs for advisory on HR reports and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience of working with Report stories in SuccessFactor.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on S/4 HANA HR and SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors APIs to facilitate functional assistance for integration needs to SAP and non SAP systems.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources, business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a senior consultant or similar role with SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactor modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors - Recruitment , Onboarding, Learning preferred.
  • Non negotiable- payroll knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC.Â


Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the design, configuration, testing, migration, debugging, delivery and support of SAP FICO processes and 3 full SAP projects life cycles of significant size, scope and complexity.
  • Expertise in the finance data migration (such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, profit centre planning data , associated master data objects and configuration tasks)
  • Experience with and understanding of criticalities in the Data migration activities.
  • Knowledge of using SAP Solution Manager for managing projects and change management.


Technical Skills Required to Complete the Tasks:

  • The candidate should have expert functional and configuration knowledge in all areas of SAP FICO, withholding tax, VAT and Treasury modules.
  • In-depth working knowledge in FICO implementations, data migrations, rollouts, upgrades and distributed architecture environment.
  • Understand dependency between FI and CO and Integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, DBM, HR, PS and BI) and external applications.
  • Strong business process knowledge stretching beyond SAP functionality in the Automotive, Treasury, Engineering, Trading & Retail Industries.
  • Understands delivery within a context of possible constraints (eg: cost, schedule) and able to operate effectively within the constraints.
  • Proficiency in design, deliver and manage the customised ABAP solutions and interfaces with 3rd party systems.
  • Manage the activities of data extractions, explaining the conversion process, defining data requirements and working with the business team to correct data in their legacy systems and prepare for the data conversion cycle.
  • Ability to work with data migration tools LSMW, eCAAT, Customised programs, Microsoft Excel and an appetite for learning more.
  • Experience in ETL tools such as Alteryx will be a plus.
  • Experience in RE-FX module & IFRS16
  • Integration knowledge with various satellite systems including interfaces.
  • SAP Activate/Agile project delivery experience
