Role Description
This is a contract SAP (FSM) Field Service Management Consultant role at QBS Co. located in Riyadh, with flexibility for some remote work. The consultant will be responsible for providing IT service management, consulting, management consulting, and service delivery to clients while leveraging analytical skills to drive efficiency and innovation.
We are seeking an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) consultant to join our team. This role involves implementing and configuring SAP FSM, a cloud solution acquired by SAP, to optimize field service operations.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
SAP Field Service Management Projects
Implement & configure SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
SAP FSM systems support & troubleshooting
Conduct training sessions for end-users.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and systems.
Develop FSM requirement specs, determining the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy SAP FSM solutions.
Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality & review requirements with stakeholders.
Create technical design throughout service development while maintaining adherence to functional specs and system standards.
Manage the lifecycle of SAP Field Service Management incidents and ensure they are solved according to defined SLAs.
Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine the feasibility of SAP Field Service Management projects.
Liaise with the SAP service development team to suggest a high-level functional solution.
Ensure designs adhere to SAP's best practices and support the development, execution, and operations of service.
Ensure SAP detailed designs and configuration match high-level designs and are traceable to requirements in functional specification.
Experienced in SAP Field Service Management or Work Management.
1 full life-cycle implementation of SAP IS-U, SAP IS-U Certification (desirable);
Configuration in web & mobile apps. for the SAP Field Service Management product.
Configuring sub-modules in FSM: Resource planner, Technician Skills Management module, Time & Material Journal approval functionality, SmartForm settings
Work Order Management, GEO Enablement for Mobile Integration, Schedule and Dispatch, Service & Mobile Device Management . processes.
