Job Title: Specialist SAP HC Key User Role
Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite)
Duration: Outsource Contract (1 + year with Renewable)
Job Description:
- Act as the subject matter expert in SAP S4HANA payroll and Success Factors.
- Guide and support the human capital team in utilizing these systems effectively.
- Stay up to date on the latest SAP HCM releases, enhancements, and best practices.
- Analyze existing human capital processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing human capital processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance, training, testing and support to human capital team in utilizing Success Factors and S4HANA for human capital activities.
- Offer hands-on support and guidance to the team in utilizing these systems for human capital activities
- Drive business decisions in the human capital operations of the company.
- Provide insight and practical experience in human capital operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives
- Act as a key user during SAP implementations, upgrades, and installations, working closely with the implementation team, answering their questions, and providing input on how the business works.
- Collaborate and interact with other departments within the company and affiliates in the region area.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SAP HCM systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Establish strong working relationships with affiliates in the region to share knowledge and best practices.
SUPPORTING ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide recommendations and contribute to the functions of policies and procedures pertaining to the scope of work that falls under his/her supervision
EXPERIENCE
- 6-10 years of similar role
- Technical/functional expertise in SAP S4HANA payroll and Success Factors.
EDUCATION
Master's degree, preferably in an economical/financial area, with a strong interest in IT-related systems
KEY SKILLS
- Technical/functional expertise in SAP S4HANA payroll and Success Factors.
- Relevant experience in performing key user training, providing user acceptance training, and documenting payroll parallel run after data post validation.
- Proven experience in SAP S4HANA payroll and Success Factors
- Proficiency in the English language
