Accountabilities:
- Manage controls and compliance for HR/Payroll systems support.
- Execute daily operational activities related to the SAP environment.
- Analyze existing client processes and provide optimized solutions for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Provide training and support to HR users on data entry standards and SAP HCM module overview.
- Assist in developing reports using SAP.
- Participate in large-scale projects, including acquisitions and divestitures.
- Assist management during internal and external data management audits.
- Conduct analysis on data issues.
Qualifications:
- SAP HCM implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support knowledge.
- Experience with SAP HCM Products and Solutions.
- Knowledge of data migration, interface to third-party vendors, and SAP reporting.
Education:
Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering
Experience:
- Minimum +3 years of SAP HCM and Payroll configuration, enhancement, and support knowledge.
