Job Description

Job Title: SAP HCM Support Specialist

Location: Qatar

Overview

Job Description:

We are currently seeking SAP HCM Professionals proficient in both Arabic and English languages to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP HCM modules including Organization Management, Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management, SF LMS, and SF PMGM. This position requires providing operational support, addressing change requests, and ensuring compliance with support timings and SLAs.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Support:
  • Provide operational support for SAP HCM modules, including troubleshooting issues and implementing change requests.
  • Escalate any concerns or complaints raised by users to the respective Lead for resolution.
  • Strictly adhere to support timings (7:00AM to 4:00PM) without exceptions.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Coordinate with end-users to understand and resolve issues related to SAP HCM functionalities.
  • Continuously measure and improve support skills to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Strictly follow the escalation matrix and be aware of penalty clauses for SLA breaches.
  • Develop user manuals and training materials in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Assess training needs of users through surveys, interviews, or consultation with managers and instructors.
  • Create training documents, communication documents, user manuals, test evidence, knowledge articles, business use cases, and test scenarios.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal.
  • Basic experience in SAP HCM modules including Organization Management, Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management, SF LMS, and SF PMGM.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively communicate with end-users.
  • Prior experience in providing operational support for SAP systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP support processes, SLAs, and escalation procedures.
  • Ability to develop user manuals and training materials in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.

Note: This is a full-time position based in Qatar. Candidates must be available to work within the specified support timings and possess the necessary language skills to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
