Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC business processes, SAP SucessFactors and system architecture for integration - having experience implementing these.
- Decent knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC and integration points with other SAP modules like FICO.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors Talent Modules - Recruitment, Onboarding, Succession and Learning modules.
- Assist in defining and driving the product vision and strategy for HR technology solutions using SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements. User stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritise tasks and ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, new features and emerging functionalities related to SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors.
- Good understanding of HR KPIs for advisory on HR reports and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience of working with Report stories in SuccessFactor.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on S/4 HANA HR and SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors APIs to facilitate functional assistance for integration needs to SAP and non SAP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree in information technology, human resources, business administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a senior consultant or similar role with SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactor modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Certification in SuccessFactors - Recruitment , Onboarding, Learning preferred.
- Non negotiable- payroll knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC.Â
