Annex Group is hiring #IT_SAP_Specialist at its branch located in #Nasr_city
*Role Description :
Installed and configured new programs like SAP program
Manage Security in SAP System
Proactive, motivated and have a genuine passion for IT
Manage Firewall Rules Sophos and FortiGate.
Microsoft 365 administration, installation and troubleshooting
Advanced software installation and troubleshooting
Resolve escalated software issues pertaining to Windows 10 and Engineering Software
Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy management
Troubleshoot and resolve Engineering software issues, network licensing, installs, patch updates and upgrades
Network Printers and Print Server
Support the setup of all new hardware, especially Desktops, Laptops, Servers,
Switches, Router, Patch panel, Internet Point, AP, IP Phone and printers.
Install All Type of IP Camera And CCTV and fix all issues NVR and Server recording.
* Job Requirements :
Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
Experience at SIS system & SAP system
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Keen attention to detail
Good organization, time management and prioritization
Efficient troubleshooting abilities
Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
Bachelor's degree
