We seek a highly skilled and experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) Consultant to join our team full-time.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment and play a key role in optimizing our factory's production processes and quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement and support SAP PP and QM modules to align with repetitive production requirements.
- Analyze and enhance production planning processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Establish and manage quality control processes, including inspection planning, results recording, and reporting in SAP QM.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on master data setup, BOMs, routings, and production orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP processes across departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP and QM-related issues.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization of SAP modules.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 7-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP PP and QM modules.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with repetitive production.
- Proven expertise in product costing and month-end closing procedures in SAP
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP PP processes, including MRP, production scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Expertise in SAP QM functionalities such as quality inspection, notifications, and audits.
- Proficiency in SAP integration with MM, SD, and FI modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of SAP integration with MM, SD, and FI/CO modules.
