We are looking for a professional to join the Dubai team should have practice in project management for SAP CDC migrations (2 to 3 data center projects with SAP) and Fluency in English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Coordinate with adnoc team and other third part resources to ensure timely execution of projects activities
Work Closely with SAP PM , Monitor and ensure that all projects tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Provide timely and regular update about the project status to the management.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Technical Oversight:
Oversee all aspects of the data Center migration process, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Continually monitor to ensure the technical feasibility of the migration.
Work closely with SAP consultants and IT teams to ensure smooth migration.
Data Migration:
Monitor and report data migration statuses to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.
Establish/agree on the data validation procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to resolve issues identified during the migration process.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies during the migration process.
Develop and maintain documentation of data migration processes and procedures.
Conduct thorough testing of data migration processes to ensure successful migration.
