As an SAP Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your expertise in SAP solutions, combined with your sales acumen, will enable you to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions that deliver value.
Currently, we are on the lookout for an SAP Sales and Business Development Manager that can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and trends in the SAP ecosystem.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to propose appropriate SAP solutions.
- Solution Presentation:
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of SAP solutions through proposals and presentations.
- Demonstrate SAP product offerings to potential clients.
- Business Development:
- Identify potential business deals by contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Stay current with SAP products, services, and competitors.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the SAP technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
Requirements:
- Must be arabic speaker
- +7 years experience of SAP selling
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of over-achieving quotas.
- Strong knowledge of SAP products and the enterprise software market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling SAP solutions in KSA.
- SAP certification or related training.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
