Role- SAP Senior Project Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 10 years SAP projects experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia, with a deep understanding of the local business environment and culture.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP project management.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
