SAP Specialist - SuccessFactors and Concur for one of our partners, a global leader in the chemical industry field.
Job Summary:
The SAP Specialist - SuccessFactors & Concur within the Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for managing and optimizing these SAP solutions to align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role focuses on ensuring the effective integration, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur solutions working closely with stakeholders, primarily the HR and finance teams, to drive innovation and deliver high-value solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur systems
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, and others
- Oversee the integration and optimization of SAP Concur for travel, expense, and invoice management
- Develop and maintain system roadmaps and strategies for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and other enterprise systems
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of system configurations to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Provide guidance on best practices and emerging trends in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to end-users and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for system enhancements and support
- Monitor and manage system upgrades, patches, and new releases
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning. Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements or solutions to enhance the usability and reliability of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur systems
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and service-level agreements while maintaining data security and confidentiality
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur functionalities, best practices, and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience of at least 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur in a CoE or Specialist role
- In-depth knowledge across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur
- Proficiency and working knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and related technologies
- Experience in end-to-end process, program, and service design for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English
- Skills:
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management)
- Proficiency in SAP Concur for travel, expense, and invoice management
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in data governance and compliance standards
