Your main responsibilities will be:
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements
- Decompose user stories, derive technical demand and solution design
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements and best practices
- Implement and configure MDF Objects, Workflows, Business Rules in SAP SuccessFactors
- Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases / enhancements, present new features to our stakeholders
- Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders in agile ceremonies
- Help improve our agile ways working
- Work with our external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and the quality of our user experience

- 3+ years of work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficient communication skills in English

- Hands-on experience: MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, Workflows, etc.
