Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years as SAP Functional Consultant, specializing in HCM and SuccessFactors.
Must have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Data Migration.
Demonstrating experience as SAP Data Migration Consultant in at least 2 SAP implementation project.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent understanding of HR processes and end-to-end support
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
