Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAS Technical & Sales Engineer at Ingenious Network located in Jubail. The Technical & Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical sales, providing technical support, sales engineering, and effective communication with clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, proposing appropriate solutions, demonstrating product capabilities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technically for SAS Products Development, Sales Engineering, and Sales skills
• Technical Support 8+ years of experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of Power System Automation Solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (B.E / B.TECH in EEE or ECE)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to Frequently travel as required
• Prefer Approved Engineers in Saudi / UAE /other utilities

Roles and Responsibilities.

Hands on Experience in designing substation network architecture, Hardware, software and Test Experience of any SAS (SEL or GE or SCHNEIDER or ABB or SIEMENS or COPA DATA).

Hands-on experience in Application Engineering tool with any of the SAS

Hands-on Experience in developing HMI graphics/logics related to Primary equipment monitoring and control, Load shedding & Synchronization etc.

Hands on Experience in configuration of Controllers, Protocol Gateways, Data Concentrators on various communication protocols.

Hands on experience on multi-vendor IED Engineering and commissioning in electrical protection relay applications.

Hands on Experience in working with various manufacturer IEDs on IEC 61850 Protocol in creating *.IEC, ICD, CID, SCD Files.
