The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in Linux and Windows environments and IP networking.Â

Responsibilities

A Typical Configuration shall be including but not limited to the following

i. Configuration, Testing, Commission all the B2B Services related.

ii. The Bidder shall complete the troubleshooting if it is related to provisioning until getting the Acceptance from the Customer.

iii. Assuring all B2B Data are uploaded on the client System and getting the Approval for Handover that are related to B2B.

iv. Handing over all the format acceptances related to B2B to client Team

v. Availability of the Service Team should be 8 working hours to cover all client B2B Service Delivery requirement.

vi. On call availability for service teams should be during non-working hours that will support B2B Business.

vii. The Resource for the manpower should be in Riyadh client premises serving all the Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area
• ENGINEER MUST HAVE MINIMUM CERTIFICATE OF CCNP AND SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE OF 7 YEARS IN MPLS.
