Job Title: SCADA Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement SCADA systems for tunnel projects, covering both hardware and software aspects.
Work closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements and establish SCADA system specifications.
- Configure SCADA software and program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to manage tunnel control systems efficiently.
Seamlessly integrate SCADA systems with other tunnel subsystems, including ventilation, lighting, and fire detection systems.- Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning of SCADA systems to ensure compliance with project standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SCADA systems during project implementation and operation phases.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for SCADA systems, including user manuals, technical specifications, and as-built drawings.
Monitor and optimize SCADA system performance through data analysis and implementation of necessary enhancements.- Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and regulations governing SCADA systems in tunnel projects.
Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines, such as electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering teams, to ensure smooth integration of SCADA systems with overall project requirements.
