Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in AI and data programs to lead agile teams in delivering cutting-edge solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies, strong leadership skills, and a passion for data-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure team alignment and progress.
- Coach teams on Agile practices to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track team performance, identify improvement areas, and address challenges.
- Engage cross-functional teams, including data scientists and AI specialists, aligning project goals.
- Maintain project transparency through regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stay informed on AI and data industry trends and apply best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in AI and data-driven environments.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Strong facilitation, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and data analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or similar).
- Experience managing AI or data projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Understanding of machine learning and data analytics processes.
