As a Secondary and Leasing Sales Manager
at 4Direction Real Estate Brokerage, you will be pivotal in leading our sales team in Dubais highly competitive real estate market. This role requires an experienced professional with at least 5 years of Real Estate experience with 2 years of team management experience and a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market.

Team Leadership
: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and leasing agents, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed their targets.Client Network Development
: Independently source and expand direct client network to optimize sales and leasing outcomes.Sales Performance: Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation.
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to potential clients on various property options that align with their specific needs and preferences.
Deal Closure
: Oversee and finalize terms of agreements, leading your team in successfully closing sales and leasing transactions.Market Knowledge
: Stay informed on local zoning laws, financing options, and residency and commercial procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.Client Requirement Analysis: Accurately assess client property preferences and cater to premium requirements.
- Event Participation: Actively represent the company at professional real estate events, networking with industry peers and potential clients.
Cross-Department Interaction
: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments to support overall business objectives.

Experience
: A minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate and 2 years of team management within the UAE market is mandatory.Market Knowledge
: Extensive knowledge of the UAE real estate market is essential.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing successful sales teams.
- Licenses: A valid UAE driving license.
Languages
: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian or other languages is advantageous.Location
: Must currently reside in the UAE.Sales-Driven: Strong understanding and appreciation of commission-based income.
Compensation: Basic salary of AED 15,000 18,000 per month.
