Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our secondary sales team at Driven Properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market and at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of real estate agents, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in secondary property sales
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and high levels of productivity
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of property listings, ensuring high-quality marketing materials and accurate property information
  • Provide guidance and support to agents in negotiating deals, closing transactions, and handling client inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support overall business objectives and enhance the customer experience

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, with a focus on secondary sales
  • At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience in a real estate environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and secondary property sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required
