· Handle Companys overall Administrative tasks
· Prepare and manage correspondence and documents
· Answers phone calls and meet visitors
· Handle various daily administrative tasks
· Manage clients records and documents
Skills:
· Microsoft Office
· Fluent in English - written and spoken
· Excellent communication abilities
· Knowledge of business correspondence.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines
· Experience in back office management
· Able to multi-task
· Attention to details
· Work experience: 3 years minimum
