We're currently recruiting a HR Secretary.
Mission: Reporting to the HR Admin Manager, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of human resources functions. Your role involves handling communications, managing schedules, and coordinating administrative tasks to assist in the effective management of HR policies and employee services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Admin Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the HR Admin Manager.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and HR documents.
- Handle communication with employees and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain HR files and records.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing orientation materials.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee welfare programs.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the efficient functioning of the administrative environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Relevant training certificates in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
- At least 5 years in a similar administrative role supporting HR functions.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills; strong communication abilities; proficient in MS Office Suite and office management software.
