Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.- Answer, screen and forward incoming/ outgoing calls, emails and etc.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Monitor office supplies of stationaries and other related materials such as pens, forms and brochures.- Enable to provide Company tax invoices as required
Daily update of attendance sheet, payments of projects, as well as daily expenses of the company using google sheets.
- Provide updated statement of accounts for the clients ad V.A.T. on google sheets
Professionally assist others office staff & engineers to meet their requirement such orders, document related reports, drawings and other materials.- Handle legal paperwork and documentation of company
Handles business approvals, employees and employer visa services, license renewal and implementation of government mandates.
- Schedules appointments, maintain calendar, allocates sales managers, engineers and staff and labours time
Prepare reports and time sheets data's and time in and out- Maintain awareness of key industry trend and pricing as well as development of new services and material changes, rates and quantity.
Prepares and send inquires, quotations, and LPO's to difference manufacturers, companies and agents
- Handles professionally with integrity all important company records and suppliers credentials
Accurately deliberate orders and instruct proper protocols required to meet the target dates and deadlines of materials.- Coordinates with technical engineers required drawings & qty of materials required at sites projects
Maintain and update accurate reports & records of site materials & inventory of the company
- Establish rules & regulations, policies and procedures of company accordingly to the management of materials getting new projects for the company.
