Implement the appeal committee's determinations by coordinating the appearance of dispute parties and experts before the appeals committee, according to the scheduled dates and times.
Notify parties involved in disputes of the appeals committee's determinations using remote communication technologies or other legally accepted methods, ensuring timely and clear communication.
Compile and prepare periodic statistics on determinations and case files to assist in the appeals committee's review and planning processes.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor's degree in the field of law is preferred.
2+ years proven administrative or secretarial experience, preferably within a legal or court setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in managing communications through various methods.
Experience of Licenced Financial Institutions, with knowledge of various financial products, services, regulations, and industry good practices would be an advantage.
