All Care Group hiring Secretary and Office Manager to join our company immediately.
Job Description:
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
Respond to inquiries via email
Assist with presentations and reports
Handling administrative requests and queries
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Assists with the commercial department
Prepare confidential correspondence, itineraries, agendas and other confidential administrative tasks as assigned.
Attend meetings to compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings as needed.
Coordinate between departments and the CEO.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
Job Requirements:
Relevant Bachelor Degree, preferable English major.
Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Excellent in French would be prefer
Integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office
Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
