Job Description
The Complaints Department is responsible for all activities and processes related to the complaint life cycle:
Preparing the integrated complaints mechanism and its governance within the Authority and outside.
Receiving, sorting, classifying and processing all calls according to the procedures and evidence approved by the Authority.
Receiving individual complaints presented to the Authority, sorting and classifying them and treated according to the procedures and evidence approved by the Authority
Receiving individual proposals and submitting them to the organizational unit concerned with studying proposals to address them.
Preparing a database and a detailed record of complaints and analysing them and develop corrective and preventive measures.
Providing supporting data for preparing bulletins and publications and reports issued by the Commission related to human rights.
Participate in proposing initiatives and projects to enhance topics related to human rights.
Preparing periodic reports and supporting data for the Authority's annual report.
