Qualifications:

Education : High school, Academy, University degree

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience as a Section Manager in Fashion Retail or a minimum of min. 3 years experience in Sales.

Language : Fluent in Arabic languages, English/Turkish language is a plus

Software : MS Office Software

Main Responsibilities:

To manage sales transactions fully in compliance with the written instructions within the scope of the company policy.

To check the practices concerning the arrangement of price tags and other documents. To ensure the availability of price tags and their consistency with the products in the window before the store is opened to the customers, to determine any deficiencies and inconsistencies and take corrective actions.

To notify the Store manager regarding the violation of the financial and operational discipline rules related to the store.

To control the optimization and efficiency of payrolls.

To coordinate the recording operations and stock control of the products in the store.

To check the products that are available in the warehouse stocks but are not available in the section (missing model, color, size) and ensure that they are brought to the section.

To direct the visual merchandising processes regarding special days and campaigns

To comply with Occupational Health and Safety instructions and procedures and to guide his/her team to comply with them.

Additional tasks that may be assigned by the store manager for the daily operations.
