OVERALL PURPOSE
Investigation specialists are responsible for investigating a variety of cases concerning suspected fraudulent actions, gathering evidence, and building cases against suspects. They may work with local law enforcement agencies or private companies to investigate a wide range of offenses, including fraud, theft, death, Fatality.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure proper review of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to minimize NWC's legal risks and exposure
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the investigations process.
- Ensure the policies and procedures are applied, to Ensure all employee are educated on compliance and regulations related topics, policies and procedures.
- Conducting interviews with witnesses, victims, suspects, and other parties involved in an investigation.
- Conducting crime scene analyses, by collecting evidence such as DNA samples, fingerprints, footprints, and fibers.
- Conducting surveillance operations to gather information on suspects.
- Preparing written reports on investigations and findings, which may be used in court proceedings as evidence.
- Ensuring the safety of all parties involved in an investigation by taking appropriate security measures.
- Conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments as it relates to root cause errors or processes identified in lost device investigations.
- Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
3 - 8 years
