Managing the County Security Compliance, ensuring their efficiency and security, developing security regulations to continuously enhance the overall security posture of AlUla county.
- Functional Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain risk assessment processes for operational sites, ensuring alignment with security strategies.
- Manage the delivery and execution of security surveys for AlUla County.
- Develop, categorize, prioritize, and maintain a comprehensive record of, AlUla, Tayma, and Khaybar public realm assets for security purposes.
- Manage compliance, reporting, and action plans for all operational assets.
- Ensure operational assets comply with the latest County Security Threat and Vulnerability Assessment.
- Develop and maintain efficient reporting templates to facilitate clear and concise security information.
- Guide the implementation and use of drones and new technologies for security surveys and site recording.
- Manage policy and procedural compliance for operational sites, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Ensure providing support to security operations by implementing changes and recommendations identified in security assessment.

- Managerial Responsibilities
- Provide input to the sector's strategy from the Department's or Section's perspective in line with RCU overall vision and mission.
- Develop the Department's or Section's objectives, KPIs, annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets
- Contribute to the preparation of the Department's or Section's annual budget and monitor the financial performance of the Department or Section.
- Implement and execute the Department's or Section's policies and procedures. Oversee the overall performance of the section and ensure KPI's are well developed, cascaded, communicated and monitored.
- Ensure effective staffing, professional development and deployment of staff of the Department or Section in consultation with the Sector Executive or (Executive) Director.
- Academic Qualifications Work Experience Other Requirements Bachelor's Degree security engineering, Business Administration or any related field. (Master's Degree preferred)
- 6 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial role.
- Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic & English languages.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Familiarity with standards, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
