- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., security management, criminal justice).
Relevant certifications ( SIRA pr PSBD)- Proven experience in security management, law enforcement, or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal security regulations and industry best practices
