JOB PURPOSE:
This position will be responsible for shift management of security staff and ensuring the proper implementation of security procedures as per Riyadh Air policies. It will manage and conduct Security Patrols, evaluate subordinates performance, follow up with the security team and issue security passes when required. The role be responsible for reporting of any security findings and/or diversions to management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Application of security policies and procedures in accordance with Riyadh Air Security Policy.
Supervise, monitor and evaluate performance of security staff and/or Service Providers (if applicable).
Create daily security reports to his line manager.
Comply with Riyadh Air SOPs and policies.
Other duties as required.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Min 5 years of aviation and/or Industrial Security experience.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma.
SKILLS:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
MS Office knowledge.
