Apt Resources, a renowned recruitment agency, is currently hiring for the position of Self Storage Facility Consultant for one of their clients in the storage industry. As a Self Storage Facility Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and overseeing all aspects of the storage facility operations. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, maximize occupancy rates, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Assess client storage needs and recommend appropriate size and storage solutions
- Handle inquiries from calls, chats, emails, and walk-in customers
- Ensure monthly KPIs are met and maximize company revenue by successfully closing storage rental deals
- Manage existing customer accounts and follow up on payment deadlines
- Make sure to promptly follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion rate
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Create quotations, invoices, and contracts for customers
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for maintenance of office/facility
- Coordinate with moving companies for the transfers of customers items
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry, transfer, move-in, to move-out
- Excellent customer service and selling skills

- Must be in UAE and available for a 15 days paid trial
Benefits
Salary: 4000 AED (basic and allowances) - negotiable depending on experience
Performance Incentive: Up to 1000 AED
Work Hours: 9 AM to 7 PM with 1 hour break; 5 days a week
