As the Selling excellence Manager, you will manage/lead/be responsible for Providing proficient learning & development programs to the BU field force and support to excel in execution of selling models and achieve their business goals. To prioritize the learning needs and design solution, deliver standard or tailor-made learning course as needed, proactively follow up coaching after the learning course and measure the learning outcome as a performance consultant.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify learning needs from cooperating with the BU field force and constantly communicating with the stakeholder.
Prioritize the learning needs and design solutions to BU field force, act as performance consultant to provide professional support to relevant field force.
Conduct and refine learning program to MR, sales leaders and be capable to deliver Standard and advanced curriculum.
Work with therapy area stakeholder to design, develop, and deliver product knowledge courses.
Lead and facilitate on-demand innovative learning solutions.
Support and collaborate to facilitate marketing excellence projects with SE&ME head.
Lead and facilitate field force capability certification and assessment projects.
Take proactive action to drive high performance through coaching models and in-field coaching plans.
Promptly analyze the learning outcome and fine tune the learning solution.
Revise and update the learning curriculum as needed.
Build Capability dashboard for sales force with track records of key development actions.
Why you
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
A pharmacist is a must.
5 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles.
3 or more years of experience in training, instructional design or adult education.
Strong knowledge and experience in training methodologies, curriculum development and adult learning principles.
Excellent Communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Certification in training and development.
Proficiency level with learning systems, e-learning platforms and digital learning solutions.
Strong learning agility
