As a 3D Animator, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and captivating 3D animations for our real estate projects. Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D animations utilizing industry-standard software and tools
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Translate architectural plans and concepts into visually appealing and accurate 3D animations
- Ensure animations follow project timelines and meet quality standards
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to animations as required
- Stay up to date with the latest animation techniques and trends in the industry
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of animation processes and workflows
- Collaborate and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient project delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a 3D Animator, preferably in the real estate or architectural industry
- Proficient in using 3D animation software such as 3DS Max, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar
- Strong knowledge of animation principles, storytelling, and visual effects
- Portfolio demonstrating strong 3D animation skills and creativity
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of Rendering Technique is mandatory architectural visualization is a plus.
