Talent 360 is hiring Senior 3D Designer for one of its clients.
Expected Job Role:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and creativity.
- Task Management: Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and manage workloads to ensure a productive and efficient team.
- Process Development: Create processes and procedures to enhance and support design practices.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the entire design project lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Schedule Management: Maintain close follow-up on project schedules, providing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual updates to ensure projects stay on track.
- Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and ensure that design concepts align with the client's objectives and brand identity.
- Innovation: Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design ideas and solutions.
Main Skills/Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering or Product Design
- 6-7 years of experience
- Fluent in English
- Proficient with software such as 3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Exceptional creativity and innovation
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a design team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to align design strategies with business goals and objectives, ensuring that design work supports overall company vision
- Ability to manage client relationships, understand client needs, and translate those needs into effective design solutions
- Excellent skills in graphic design, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present design concepts and prototypes to clients and senior management effectively
Working Conditions:
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Location: 6th of October
