We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in account management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and present ideas alongside other members of the team.
- Supervise and support account managers and executives to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage the translation of client's briefs into clear strategic & creative proposals within the defined timeframes.
- Successfully implement and deliver the project based on the agreed proposal, timeline & budget for all events and activations. This includes but is not limited to the management of the internal project team, venue & supplier management& documentation control.
- Understand client needs, provide superior customer service, resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and winning new clients, prepare implementation plans and lead client on-boarding.
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
- Assist the Head of Events in the quarterly and annual sales and resource Forecast whilst tracking key account metrics.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes to the Head of Events
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience and drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with media, marketing and design developments and tools, then share any findings to achieve perpetual improvement across the company.
- Create, maintain and produce up to date event and client Budget to ensure profitability.
Job Specification
- A minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new sales opportunities.
- Commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to network and build relationships.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships, being resilient and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical, organizational, teamwork and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is an added advantage.
