Job Description

Responsibilities

Building strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
Setting digital strategies for the assigned clients, considering their specific requirements
Communicating regularly with the sales team about opportunities for current or new clients
Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the results
Working on allocate the budget across the internal teams
Compiling reports as required
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.

Requirements And Skills

Proven work experience as a Digital account manager 3-5 years of experience
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
