Eleven Creative Strategy is looking for a Senior Account Manager in our Dubai office to proactively develop sustained relationships and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and sustain ongoing client relationships that drive ongoing revenue and opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of the client and their industry; its business initiatives, industry trends, competitive landscape and marketplace dynamics.
- Understand how the client is organized, key players and its working relationships.
- Proactively bring forth business-building ideas, strategies and solutions for clients.
- Establish relationships with senior client management and executive teams.
- Develop and updates quarterly annual Client Plans designed to proactively grow opportunities and revenue with existing clients.
Manage an inter-disciplinary team to deliver successful Brand Experience programs to assigned clients
- Lead and participate on inter-disciplinary teams to develop all aspects of Brand Experience programs to ensure success.
- Work with inter-disciplinary teams to develop, manage and negotiate approvals of statement of works (SOWs) and proposals prior to commencing work.
- Participate in key client meetings to facilitate successful development of client work.
- Ensure that overall assigned client work is produced on time, on budget at margins acceptable to the agency.
Drive and manage revenue, profit and billing targets with existing clients
- Ensure that assigned quarterly revenue targets with assigned clients are achieved, with a focus on securing on long-term financial commitments with clients.
- Ensure his/her team has accurately managed client finance responsibilities.
- Ensure SOWs are accurate and defendable in terms of managing scope and deliverables against fees.
Participate in new business efforts
- Help qualify new business opportunities as needed.
- Help drive and support new business pursuits on behalf of the agency includes everything from proposals to pitches.
Act as a key member on assigned Clients Brand Teams to proactively develop and sustain ongoing assigned client relationships
- Work with Brand Team leads to ensure that the Brand Team is solving the clients business problems using interdisciplinary thinking.
- Include the Brand Team and Client in developing annual client plans and quarterly updates.
- Branding Agency experience is a must.
