About The Role:
The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with clients in order to understand their objectives. This candidate will be able to provide creative solutions and deliver these solutions using strong presentation skills. Additionally, they should have experience in managing people.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing strong relationships
- Understand clients business objectives and develop effective strategies to achieve their goals
- Lead a team of account managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as creative, marketing, and event management) to execute strategies and campaigns effectively
- Conduct market research and identify trends to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated resources
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients on performance and KPIs
- Generate sales for client accounts
- Create account strategies, leading projects from conception to final execution
- Establish goals and objectives for internal teams to follow
- Meet deadlines and project budgets
- Work with teams to develop materials, coordinate events and provide support and direction
- Supervise staff and projects, motivating and mentoring staff to hit goals and produce successful materials for clients, as well as providing feedback
- Maintain relationships and serve as the point of contact and liaison for customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Senior Account Manager or similar role in the marketing and advertising industry
- In-depth knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with event management and execution processes
- Proficient in using project management tools and software
