The senior account manager plays a pivotal role in expanding our business with new and existing customers. this role involves upselling and cross-selling to client organizations, driving cross-functional alignment, and providing valuable input for product development.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and pursuit strategies for key projects.
Drive relationships with key consultancies and market players.
Disseminate key messages and initiatives to target our projects customers.
Drive demand and deliver on sales targets through understanding customer needs.
Facilitate resolution of customer problems and serve as their ambassador.
Communicate regularly with leadership and maintain records of key accounts plans.
Signal business demand to supply chain and engage in 2-way communication with offering managers.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of sales experience within msi, building management system, and low current systems.
Experience in customer engagement at c-level, medium & high levels.
Broad-based experience in bms, access controls, cctv, fire alarm, public address & scada.
Financial and business acumen, understanding the customer's industry and strategic business drivers.
Knowledge of sales force or equivalent.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strategic and negotiation skills.
Skills & competencies:
Cross-selling and consultative selling expertise.
Understanding of customers decision-making processes and influencers.
Ability to collaborate across clients and own organization.
