Responsibilities
- Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact
- Conduct and manage sales cycle process from initial contact through to initial qualification.
- Customer development with a mix of new business, renewals and refreshes. Handling a portfolio containing mainly Service Providers & Strategic Accounts. Responsible for territory planning through research, development and maintenance of long and short range sales and marketing plans.
- Develop customer relationships and lead generation with channel partners, building relationships and developing opportunities by effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- +4 years of proven success in client management.
- Arabic Speaker.
- Saudi Nationality is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
