TASKS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verifying, allocating and reconciling accounts payable and receivable; producing error-free accounting reports and present their results.
Review and analyze financial data and create reports on financial activity.- Develop financial procedures to improve efficiency.
Ensure timely bank payments; Compute taxes and prepare tax returns; Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statement of accounts.
- Develop systematic processes to effectively monitor accounts, transactions and changes in accounting policies.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.- Reviews a budget report while asking about payroll information.
Perform budget audits; Advises managers and surveyors on purchasing and all other financial decisions.
- Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.
