aG Resources is looking for Senior Accountant for our reputable client in Dubai.- Duration: 3 months renewable contract
- We are looking for the candidates who are locally available in Dubai.
- Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
Preparing financial analyses and reports.
- Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Assisting with annual audit preparations.
- Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.- Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting/auditing
- Prefer experience with financial audit from a reputable accounting firm
Experienced and very comfortable with data analysis in MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables ,VLOOKUP etc.)- Good understanding of accounting for multinational/multicurrency environment
Experience with use of financial systems (Sage 50 is what we use) to generate reports
- Strong experience with account reconciliations (balance sheet & P&L)
