Dubai Health is managing and operating all Dubai public hospitals, primary healthcare centers, specialized care centers, Dental Hospital; Al Jalila Children's Specialty Hospital, MBRU and Al Jalila Research Foundation.
Job Purpose:
- Managing the admissions process, and ensuring the enrollment of qualified and diverse students through strategic planning, collaboration with various stakeholders, and maintaining adherence to institutional policies and standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead admissions staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide a comprehensive introduction to the institution.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage prospective students and their families.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, email, and print materials, to promote the institution and its programs.
- Plan and support the execution of the recruitment events, including open houses, information sessions, campus tours, and orientation sessions.
- Oversee the evaluation of incoming applications, ensuring a fair and thorough review process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the admissions decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information.
- Generate reports and analyze data to assess admissions trends and outcomes.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the admissions experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, master's degree in a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 4 to 5 years experience in higher education admissions, with progressively increasing responsibilities to develop student recruitment and admission strategies.
