With ambitious plans to build a one-stop platform that integrates multiple furnishing services, we are growing quickly and building a stellar team to propel us forward.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Acquisition Manager, you will join forces with Youssef, our Co-CEO, to elevate our customer acquisition strategy and drive scalable growth. Your mission is to manage and optimize various acquisition channels (paid search, social ads, email marketing, SEO, referrals, etc.) and discover non-traditional growth opportunities that accelerate lead generation and conversion across multiple verticals.
Your role will involve owning the entire funnel, from acquisition to retention, ensuring that every step of the customer journey is optimized for maximum engagement and cross-selling potential across MAKAN / Kurtains services. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on in a high-growth environment and to make a substantial impact on our path to becoming the leading home furnishing platform in the Middle East.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy Development: Support crafting and implementation of effective acquisition strategies that align with our business goals.
- Channel Management: Lead acquisition efforts across key channels, with a focus on online channels, including paid search , social ads, emailing, SEO, referral programs, etc. Testing and scaling new tactics for maximum reach.
- Stakeholder Management: Oversee and manage external agencies and freelancers handling specific acquisition scopes (e.g. performance, SEO, etc.), ensuring alignment with overall strategy, high-quality output, and optimal performance across channels.
- Growth Hacking: Bring a creative, growth-oriented mindset to identify and capitalize on non-traditional channels and untapped growth opportunities, with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
- End-to-End Funnel Optimization: Oversee and optimize the complete customer journey, ensuring a seamless, value-driven experience from lead generation to retention.
- Brand & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team to ensure alignment on content, social media, and awareness efforts, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels.
- Cross-Vertical Cross-Selling: Develop strategies to promote cross-selling between MAKAN, Kurtains and future services, enhancing customer lifetime value and retention across verticals.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data analytics to monitor and enhance channel performance, driving insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Youssef and other team members to align on strategic goals and execute a unified growth approach, enhancing acquisition efforts across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in digital acquisition, performance marketing, or similar roles, ideally in high-growth B2C startups or e-commerce environments.
- Proven track record managing and scaling multiple acquisition channels, with strong technical proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM/email marketing systems.
- Growth Hacking Mindset: Creative and strategic, with experience in testing and scaling non-traditional acquisition tactics.
- Full-Funnel Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing the entire acquisition funnel from lead generation to conversion and retention, focusing on an outstanding customer journey.
- Cross-Vertical Exposure: Experience in cross-selling environments or multi-vertical business models, with a strong understanding of customer segmentation.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies based on metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
