Senior Active Directory Services Engineer

Department: Enabling Technology, Digital & Technology Platform Services.

Location: Egypt, Cairo.

We are seeking a Senior Active Directory Services Engineer with a proven track record in managing and optimizing Microsoft technologies, particularly focusing on Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) administration.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Azure Active Directory and AD DS Administration:

o Support the administration of Microsoft Active Directory, covering Domain controllers, AD user and computers, DNS, DHCP, GPOS and Azure EntraID.

SaaS Integration and Security:

o Integration of Microsoft Azure AD with diverse Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.

o Implement robust authentication and authorization protocols, including OAuth 2.0, Open ID, SCIM, and SAML, to guarantee standardized and secure communication with SaaS applications.

o Spearhead security measures, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies.

Access Management and Automation:

o Manage enterprise application registration on Azure AD, ensuring streamlined access and a cohesive IT environment.

o Oversee Azure subscriptions access management, maintaining granular control over permissions and ensuring compliance.

o Harness automation and standardization through PowerShell scripting and cutting-edge technologies for operational efficiency.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management and active directory administration.

Excellent knowledge of best practices in both Active Directory services and Entra ID

Identity and Application registration Azure AD.

Certification Authority management and administration.

Knowledge of Graph API (logging, monitoring, reporting) via Gui and scripting.

Process Automation via GUI and scripting and Azure Automations in EntraId.

Provisioning AAD using code and scripts (PowerShell and Azure CLI)

Knowledge of Identity Governance.

Proven track record in enterprise application registration on Azure AD and Azure subscriptions access management.

Skills with automation tools, particularly PowerShell scripting.

Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert will be considered an advantage.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
