Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Administrative Officer, with 5-10 years of experience, to join our team in Lebanon. The Senior Administrative Officer should handle a wide range of legal and administrative tasks which include processing legal documents like employment contracts, visas, and work permits, managing travel arrangements and budgets, and preparing costing reports. This role also includes tasks such as payroll computation and tax reporting, managing employee logistics and accommodations, monitoring work accidents, overseeing insurance files, ensuring compliance with legal authorities, and updating company licenses.

Experience in the GCC countries is preferable

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle and administer all employees legal documents, not limited to obtain, renew and cancel work visas, employment contracts, work permits, residencies, etc.

Control travel procedures, entitlements, and per diems

Issue and update costing reports

Prepare the payroll and its related reports

Follow up on accommodation, and transportation of employees

Handle the employees accommodation / transportation and assist in the setup.

Monitor work accidents in factories and installation sites and generate an annual report

Monitor all insurance files (workmen compensation, medical, fire, theft, etc.

Ensure the timely acquisition of all necessary permits, licenses and government approvals, adhering strictly to legal requirements and avoiding any penalties.

Ensure compliance with legal authorities and stay informed about changes in laws, regulations and government policies that may impact the Branch

Generate various periodic reports as required

Monitor employees attendance and ticket eligibility

When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport, Embassies, Police Station, Ministries, Municipalities and other Governmental Departments.

Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field

5-10 years of experience in a multinational company

Experience in the GCC countries

Understanding of labor laws in the GCC countries

Analytical research skills

Numerical proficiency

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Arabic and English
