Position Summary:
Handeling service repair & upgrade orders to support growing & development plan of aftermarket business within ITT Saudi Co.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for repair/upgrade orders handling- includes: manage & execute orders, preparing job packets, detailed work scope (shop floor work instructions/DWGs), shop production/engineering support, scheduling of jobs.
Supports meeting AM shipment plan/monthly forecast.
Handling service orders for AM jobs including: receiving the order, Booking & processing.
Preparing shop service/inspection reports.
Create BOM & process purchase requisitions for buyouts or parts orders to ITT Global factories & closely follow up to ensure On Time Delivery.
Prepare/release all needed DWGs to operation team for local parts fabrication.
Follow up to ensure all buyouts orders are completed on time and as needed.
Preparing/coordinating shipments to customers.
Maintain/improve margin for through local fabrication/buyouts & expediting whenever possible.
Customer support in conjunction with Sales: RFQs, quotes and order status.
Assist in all ways and manners to resolve customer problems/issues.
Prepares weekly progress reports for all service orders.
Maintain proper documentation to support & expedite invoicing process.
Coordinating FS jobs with customers.
Receiving warranty claims & facilitate internal warranty/global factories warranty claims and execute.
Handling communication with customers & provide progress updates for all active orders.
Communicate with global factories/engineering centers to provide technical support & solutions.
Expedite quote activity for repair/upgrades.
